| FAQ How will you know what is needed for our event? It is our policy to meet with our potential clients before they commit themselves to a mobile bar provider. We ensure that they have covered all the requirements of their function and are not duplicating services. We prefer to look at the venue where possible in order that we maximise the space available and ensure that our bar design is the best fit for their function. Who arranges the licence? We can undertake to obtain the appropriate Temporary Even Notice just as soon as we have written confirmation of the necessary details from you. What is the cost of a pay bar? A deposit in advance is required to secure the date. This money is refundable dependent on the bar takings. If you require us to provide the Temporary Even Notice for your event there will be a small charge. How will our charity/good cause benefit? For a pay bar at charity events with more than 150 guests we agree to repay a percentage of the takings to the charity. Can the bar be booked for outdoor events as well as indoor functions? We can operate at any indoor venue, in a marquee, in your garden or in the middle of a field. Do you need electricity? Electric power whilst desirable is not essential as we can provide a generator. Is it just draught beer, cider and lager you serve? We provide a full bar service of temperature controlled alcoholic beverage, together with a full range of spirits and wines, along with non-alcoholic drinks. Hot beverages are available if required. Must I have the full bar? We will supply only the items you request. Can I purchase the wine by the bottle to accompany the meal? We have extensive wine lists from which you can make your choice. Wine pre-ordered will be invoiced to you at our special discounted rate. Your guests will be able to purchase the same wine at the bar either by the bottle or 175ml glass. Do you provide reception drinks? Can you provide glass place settings? Do you serve wine at the tables? |
